• Is Sarah Palin a good role model for women?

  • I think she is a good role model. She speaks just as intelligently as any other politician out there. None of them are rocket scientists. People just want to bash her because she is attractive and she is a woman. As for Bristol, every family has it's problems.

• Does race in movies and on TV matter to young kids?

  • I think it's important for them to see diversity on t.v. and movies because kids do see differences in skin color.
  • I'm white and live in a mostly white area and I do think it matters. If kids don't see people of other races and religions on t.v. and in the movies, especially if they live in a mostly white area, they could develop sterotypes that are perpetuated by many people in our society.

• Is it OK for pregnant women to drink alcohol in small amounts?

  No. It’s an unnecessary, bad habit for pregnant women.

  • I think it's risky, I wouldn't take the chance with my baby.

• What's your policy on electronics during dinnertime?

  • We ban phones and texting but sometimes watch t.v. The less distractions, the better.

• Is it OK for a mother to casually smoke pot?

  No. It’s inappropriate for a mother of young children to ever smoke pot. It’s an illegal substance.

  • I don't think anybody should smoke pot because it is illegal, especially mothers of small children. They should be clear headed and focused on their kids.
  • Woodland Giant, it's people like you who give stoners a bad name. I'm glad you can take a couple of hits to relax, just like having one drink, congratulations. And I do know people who have acted disgusting and done stupid things when high. I do think there is a lot of misinformation out there.

• Are you a wife-in-chief?

  Yes, I do it all in the household. My husband tends to sit back and take it easy.
